- Arranging for the preparation of an independent check in and inventory/schedule of condition (fee included)
- Preparing a Tenancy Agreement (fee included)
- Transferring electricity, gas, water and Council Tax bills to the tenant
- Taking and holding a security deposit, prior to the tenant moving in.
