Rent Collection Service

• Using all reasonable efforts, we collect the rent on a monthly basis for transfer to your designated account
• A realistic appraisal
• Effective marketing via our database, websites and advertising
• Identifying new tenants(s)
• Obtaining relevant references
• Arranging for the preparation of an independent check in and inventory/schedule of condition (fee will be advised)
• Transferring electricity, gas, water and Council Tax bills to the tenant
• Taking and holding a security deposit, prior to the tenant moving in.
